Fees

Fees are payable by cash, debit, Visa or MasterCard; payment is due at the end of your appointment. Naturopathic services are exempt from HST, however HST may still be applicable to other recommended products. 

Naturopathic services may be covered in full or in part by your extended health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check with your insurance provider directly to determine if you are eligible for coverage. Direct billing available

When you schedule an appointment, I commit to reserving that time slot for you and only you. If you need to cancel your appointment, I require a minimum of 24 hours' notice in order to avoid applying a late cancellation fee. Late cancellations and missed appointments are charged the full rate of the scheduled appointment. If you are unable to attend your appointment at the last minute due to an emergency, I will assess whether it is appropriate to waive the cancellation fee.
